Scope and Contents
Construction plans for the Cultural and Convention Center (Scope Arena and Chrysler Hall theater) in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Included are original architectural drawings, copy prints of these and other architectural drawings, and engineering reports. The bulk of the materials are from 1966 and were produced by Studio Nervi, a prominent architectural and engineering firm based in Rome, Italy. Some of the copy prints were created jointly by Studio Nervi and the local Norfolk architects...
