Yearbooks, correspondence, photographs, certificates, and clippings from the East Ocean View Garden Club in Norfolk, Virginia. The two yearbooks cover 1970-1971 and 1987-1988. Several items in the collection relate to the club's support for the Tidewater Association for Retarded Children, particularly the Pre-School Training Center.
