Scope and Contents Annual reports of the Norfolk Public Library from 1886/1887 to fiscal year 2003. Reports in the collection from the late 19th century were created by the Norfolk Library Association,  precursor to the Norfolk Public Library, which began in 1894. The annual reports include correspondence to the Board of Directors, treasurer's reports, booklets, newspaper clippings, and annual summaries of reports.
