One circa 1879 Bible of the Samuel Solomon DeFord Family of Norfolk County, Virginia. The Bible's family record is located before the New Testament and ends with the death of S. S. DeFord on January 1, 1926. Loose papers from the Bible include poems, clippings, and a postcard.
