The first book lists ships, companies, and individuals, with the ships being listed alphabetically. The second book lists ships of the War Shipping Administration in chronological order. A few clippings, a small booklet, and a postcard are included with the order books.

The collection also includes one miniature booklet on the history of Virginia Dare and one small decorative mirror advertising Virginia Dare wine, produced by Garrett's American wines.
