The collection includes financial, publicity, and organizational documents in relation to planning the 1951 reunion, particularly from the Convention Bureau of the Norfolk Association of Commerce. There is also a clippings scrapbook of the 1951 United Confederate Veterans reunion accompanying the collection.

Scope and Contents This collection contains 10 yearbooks from the Woman’s Club of Norfolk from 1925-1927 and 1940-1954 and two yearbooks from the Junior Woman’s Club of Norfolk from 1948-1950. Included are three annual reports for 1922-1924 and two copies of the club's biennial report for 1927-1928 and 1929-1930. The collection also includes a souvenir program booklet for round table events sponsored by the Woman’s Club of Norfolk and overseen by the organization’s department of literature chairman, Mrs. F. R....
