City of Norfolk 1932 List of Registered Voters
One list showing the number of registered voters, divided by race, in each of the 32 precincts of the City of Norfolk in Norfolk, Virginia as of December 31, 1932. The numbers for the 6th and 7th precincts are combined, as well as numbers for the 8th and 9th precincts. Additionally, some precincts are subdivided: 16th and 16-A, 19th and 19-A, and 25th and 25-A.
