Scope and Contents One volume originally used as a ledger between 1815 and 1817 listing names of individuals followed by account information of sundries. It appears the volume was then used by several individuals, primarily in 1842, and includes autographs, poetry, and various miscellaneous lines, many of which are written upside down in the ledger. Five 1955-1964 scrapbooks relating to the Lafayette Yacht Club in Norfolk, Virginia. The scrapbooks include newspaper clippings, photographs, correspondence, brochures, newsletters, and other materials. Scrapbook 1 includes signatures and addresses of founding members of the Lafayette Yacht Club. Most of the subject matter of the scrapbooks focus on events and social activities engaged in by club members.

The first page of autographs list the officers of the 1901 Virginia Constitutional Convention: President John Goode, Secretary Joseph Button, and Vice President William A. Anderson.
