Genealogical research, handwritten notes, printed emails, and other photocopied materials relating to the Davis, Ellington, Forrest, Nuttall, Robinson, Sears, and Thomas families in Virginia. Most of the families at one time resided in Gloucester, Mathews, and Middlesex Counties. Most of the collection dates from 1990-2002, though genealogical correspondence dates as far back as 1965. There is also a circa 1900 photograph of an unidentified man standing in front of a building.

Scope and Contents Eighteenth-century through 20th-century documents relating to the Parker family of Isle of Wight County, Virginia. The collection includes original indentures, wills, bills of sale, correspondence, and other legal documents, particularly relating to Copeland Parker and Nicholas Wilson Parker. Scope and Contents One volume originally used as a ledger between 1815 and 1817 listing names of individuals followed by account information of sundries. It appears the volume was then used by several individuals, primarily in 1842, and includes autographs, poetry, and various miscellaneous lines, many of which are written upside down in the ledger.
