The eight scrapbooks cover 1954-1958, 1964-1966, 1970-1971, 1974-1975, 1977-1979, and 1981-1983 and include clippings, photographs, and ephemera.

One 1909-1923 minute book recording the events and activities of the women in the Norfolk College Alumnae Association, R. M. Saunders Memorial Chapter in Norfolk, Virginia. Additional loose materials found inside the minute book range in date between 1888 and 1944 and include more minutes, treasurer's notes, miscellaneous organizational records, correspondence, and clippings.
