Primarily scanned reproductions of circa 1910s panoramas originally photographed by Harry C. Mann in and around Norfolk, Virginia. The collection also includes 34 original print panoramas and 54 original negative panoramas dated circa 1913-1916.

Also covered are historical sites around the city, copy images of historical drawings and photographs, informational presentations, maps, and NRHA meetings and events. Most slides date from 1960-1990, although historical content dates to circa 1900-1920.
