Nine scrapbooks of advertising and promotional material for the Norfolk International Azalea Festival between 1955 to 2015. Advertising and promotional material includes articles and advertisements in local newspapers and circulars, such as the Virginian-Pilot and its subsection papers (like Beacon, Compass, and Clipper), Ledger Star, Daily Press, Port Folio Weekly, VEER Magazine, Flagship, and international magazines, including Midvikudagur and Fimmtudagur of Iceland; magazine spots featured in Family Magazine, Go! Magazine, Get it in Ghent, Norfolk Quarterly, By the Bay, New Norfolk, Saclant Sentinel, Norfolk Visitor's Guide, the Chrysler Magazine, and Halftime Magazine; posters, playbill inserts, flyers, announcements, invitations, rack cards, and programs; and advertising for International Tattoo Festival; International Music Festival; Model NATO Challenge; and other events, such as Airshows, Strongman Stein Hoist, Weiner Dog Costume Contest, World of Wine, and Virginia Waterfront International Arts Festival.
