The photographs were primarily taken in the downtown area and include a 1992 historical reenactment at Fort Norfolk, 1992 circus parade, and images of ships Sequoia, Bounty, Rainbow Warrior, and Greenpeace. There are also images of historic buildings and areas under construction or repair.
