Scope and Contents From the Collection: One March 1918 photograph by International Film Service of the Russian Steamship Omsk at Norfolk, Virginia. The typed caption attached to the back of the photograph reads, "Armed United States sailors boarded the Russian steamship Omsk at Norfolk, Va. and arrested the crew on the charge of mutiny.
