Leon Nowitzky's 1920s Passes and Tickets
Fourteen passes, ticket stubs, and membership cards to various venues and organizations in Norfolk and Virginia Beach dating between the late 1910s to early 1930s. These venues and organizations included are Seaside Park, Auspices Norfolk Sleuth Club, Norva Theatre, Coral Gables Kennel Club, Ocean View Park, Virginia Electric and Power Company, Woodmen of the World Club, Loyal Order of Moose, B.P.O. Elks, and Norfolk Fair.
Louisa Venable Kyle Collection
Two 1950s clipping scrapbooks of articles written by Louisa Venable Kyle of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The collection also includes a Kyle-Venable Family book of origins featuring genealogical research and photographs of ancestral homes and plantation houses, compiled by Louisa Venable Kyle in Summer 1968. There are also writings of and about Louisa Venable Kyle dating from 1950-1990 in the collection.
