Panels typically include the name of the primary street next to the panel number.

Large-scale prints from an aerial photographic mission flown over the city of Norfolk on March 22, 1974. The prints are arranged by frame number and bound in nine large books. The Abrams Aerial Survey Corporation of Lansing, Michigan conducted the mission. The prints are scaled at 1 inch = 100 feet.
