Scope and Contents
One circa 1930s scrapbook of family photographs taken primarily in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Virginia. Individuals and groups are photographed in various scenes including the beach and neighborhoods in front of houses. Some photographs of a parade on Granby Street feature Norfolk Post 392 of the VFW and the businesses of Russell, Etheridge & Pritchard Dry Goods, Oriental Chop Suey, Truitt's Pharmacy, and Carr, Mears & Dawson. Other photographs of scenes in Norfolk include Ghent, Fairfax Avenue, City Hall Avenue, and City Park Bridge.
