One minute book of the Borough Club in Norfolk, Virginia containing typescript pages pasted into the volume dating between June 28, 1911 and December 28, 1915. The book also contains the organization's constitution, bylaws, forms, membership lists, correspondence, and autographs of members.
Chesapeake Club Record Book
One June 18, 1879 to January 30, 1901 record book containing the Constitution, by-laws, meeting minutes, financial statements, and member lists of the Chesapeake Club in Norfolk, Virginia. The book also includes lists of house-related items on pages 230-237 likely used to settle liabilities when the Club was purchased by Leigh and Cooke.

Three ledgers/minute books dating from 1896-1953 and one book listing guests who stayed in the Ballentine Home for the Aged in Norfolk, Virginia from approximately 1907-1983. The collection also includes the charter of incorporation, bylaws, annual statements from 1945-1952, and miscellaneous meeting minutes from 1978-1981. Most of the documents are typed and pasted directly into the ledgers/minute books. Many of the meeting minutes are signed.
