Photographs of parade floats from the 45th International Azalea Festival in 1998 that passed by on Granby Street primarily between Charlotte Street and Bute Street in Norfolk, Virginia. There are also photographs of Queen Azalea Helena Winther from Denmark and her court standing in front of the United States Post Office and Courthouse building at 600 Granby Street.

Sixteen miscellaneous photographs from approximately 1952 to 1958. The photographs feature a public performance from the Norfolk Musicians Association band and an event held by the Tidewater Anglers Club.
