The newsletter is produced quarterly and includes articles about events, business and administrative updates, historical research, and community outreach that pertain to museum activities.

The newsletters were originally curated and maintained by Sean Bilby, Library Collection and Support Services Coordinator for Norfolk Public Library, and donated to the Sargeant Memorial Collection. These newsletters have since been retained as periodicals, but it was decided on December 16, 2025 by archives staff that the newsletters would be deaccessioned from periodicals and reclassified as a special collection.
