Biographical Information:
Clifford Isaac Millard was born on September 6, 1861 in Burlington, Iowa. He married Nellie Dayton Drake on June 14, 1888 in Burlington, Iowa. He was a salesman in the lumber industry. Millard died on April 7, 1940 in Norfolk, Virginia and was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
