Personal papers and photographs of Louis Lee Guy, Sr. and his son, Louis Lee Guy, Jr. of Norfolk, Virginia. The collection includes seven clippings scrapbooks from May 1949 to February 1953 relating to local and state politics, particularly involving Virginia House of Delegates member Louis Lee Guy, Sr. Topics include annexation, parking, elections, liquor laws, poll taxes, segregation, redistricting, and Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel construction.
